Dollar Rent A Car UAEReviews of dollaruae.com

Do not Pick this rental Company. It’s an absolute scam!! When we returned the car we had a minor discussion since we were fined even though our parking ticket was visible! Their reply at the moment was “we are directly connected to the traffic department” and now 2 weeks later they have withdrawn another 3000 aed. And all of them are parking tickets.

If I could give zero I would. Really poor service around this company. Second month using the car RTA was fining me to park in a wrong place to go to work during 6 days in a row and I got lucky that I needed to renew my contract for them to inform me that I was getting tickets. I paid close to 4000 dhs because they never informed me as a client in the first day that I was getting fined by RTA. If I was parking there for more days I would pay more, because they don’t communicate with the client. They took the deposit amount from my debit card while I confirmed from my debit car. When my car was replaced one of their employees was sticking in alcohol while was doing my car valuation and pouring issues that was non existing just to try to take more money out of me. And to finaliza just because I replied at 5pm on Thursday that I wouldn’t renew my contract and they are close on friday, they are charging me one extra rental day because I’m responsible for them to be close. What an absolutely joke. Their customer service is so so so bad. Just stay away from this company.

Not told about Salik at the start resulted in 450AED worth of toll fees I would have avoided. Then when check out, do it together and told all is fine, am then sent a form with three blue crosses on it on the inside which we did not check together and were added after my signature. Very unprofessional, will not use them again and neither should you.

RUN!!! It was all great at first but now It's been 3 months and they haven't returned my deposit back. They no longer answer emails or calls when you want your money back. I now have to open a case with the police because of this! Stay away!!!!

Very poor service. Pushy during the sale then when you have put a deposit down they go slow mode and fail to get back to you or keep even simple promises.

Poor poor service. Left waiting, staff seems to be having difficult time in life and a bit irate. The experience could leave one angry. Pay a little more at Avis or other and don't risk a bad stain on your day or rental period.

We had a very bad - previous experience with car rental from UAE - Dubai Airport - Dollar Rent a Car. To start with, good service and they seems to make good deals. After we arrived in Denmark, the bills just kept on coming drawing more than agreed amount of DKK 6000 -> USD 1000 from our Master Card The Dollar Rent A Car Company in UAR did not respond to our mails or telephone calls. We did call and everything was understood, until we gave our case number, then suddenly the connection was turning bad and DOLLAR Rent A Car Company asked to send mail witch they did not respond to. DOLLAR Rent A Car Company did also put fines and vehicle damages on the bill though we did not speed and the damage report was signed with no damages. DO NOT to use this company due to fraud and false billing/invoice. They can do all this because they have your credit card information and our ban could not refuse the payments. Kind regards Christian Pedersen
