Never ever get a car from them.I can't believe their customer service. I returned the car and she did not do my paper work and left the station and never came back. I have to spend my vacation to find out what should I do about the car. I rented a car from airport that was cheap , 240$ for a week. But it smelled heavy smoking and I had to return it after three days. I can not describe how disappointed I am .

Stay away from this company,after 53 days of the end of contract I've received my deposit back and my deposit was 600 Gpb and ui received only 464 Gpb,502 dirham=136 gpb for them,so never rent a car from this company!

Avoid this company at all costs. They are scamming people trough their " term of conditions" playing the same game with "Rentalcars.com". Wherever see a deal on internet about them...stay away! They are professional scammers. The rentalcars.com charge my debit card to get a car from Dollar Rent a Car UAE but the employee ( Imran) refused to charge the same card for deposit saying that I must hold a credit card in order to get the car. Rentalcars.com and Dollar rent a car UAE are super scammers. Stay away from these two companies if you need to rent a car. Their term of conditions are full of crap. Period.

Save your self hassel and money do NOT book with this company they have taken money for damages I did not cause even admitted i did not cause the damage yet do not give me my money back. Plus had taken extra money out an only refunded due to police involvement. Very unprofessional

Terrible experience with Dollar Rent a Car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They will charge you extra and not explain why, then threaten to go legal on you. Horrible, horrible behaviour.

Paid 1360aed for car hire which I then cancelled. This was November 2019. Now nearly the end of January and after numerous phone calls and emails I am still awaiting my refund. The phone calls have now cost £50 and my emails go unanswered. This is disgusting!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!
