Can I pay for manually? I have just spoken to a representative from your team, who is telling me that THE SAME CARD THAT I ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM YOUR FILES IS TO BE CHARGED AGAIN. This. Is. An. Absolute. Joke. Can you not see the problem that Mr. Shehan has caused? I will have to voice my grievances on Twitter and Facebook and Google Reviews again - so be it. When you are ready to deal with me properly, I’m here, ready and waiting.

Avoid at all costs! Long queuing, rude customer service, prices on the beginning are low, but later there will try to steal some money from you. In my case I rented a car with some dents on bodywork. I took a pictures on collection and return, nothing changed during this time - I've been told that everything is alright... but on the next day they sent me an notice that found a small dent on the left bumper - I found on pictures captured by me that this small dent has been before the rental, anyway they invoiced me on AED 399 for a repair - unbelievable.... I'm not going to pay it. Robbers!

Worst rental service, I rent a car and the firm overprice me in the homepage the price is excluded vat , and when I chose a car the agent took 300aed more rhe price on homepage. I rent the car for week and used it for just 3hours. And now the whant retur the cost. BE VERY CARFULL THE DOLLAR RWNT CAR IN AIRPORT TERMINAL 3.

I have a negative experience of interaction with this company. While in the UAE, I placed an order for car rental on the company's website on 25.02.2022 for a total amount of 3345.30 AED (approximately 900 USD). I made an advance payment, as suggested on the website. After placing the order, the company called me and informed me that the driver's license attached to the order could not be accepted. There was no pre-moderation when placing the order. The order eventually had to be canceled. I was promised a refund within 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks. The money was not returned, the letters are not answered. It seems that this company decided to appropriate my money for an order that it did not fulfill. And apparently this company believes that the company's reputation is worth less than a thousand dollars or so.

Opgepast grootste dieven op de aarde !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please be careful about the Terms and Conditions attached when renting with Dollar Cars UAE. They do not advise you in advance about the terms for use of a debit card. You may not see your security deposit returned, in my case 3000 Dhs, for up to 45 days. That is a Dollar Cars UAE debt to the consumer. They hide behind their terms but this is an unacceptable arrangement. Why are they not returning their consumer funds immediately? It has been reported to the Dubai authorities.

Never rent a car from them. We found out that they charged us one additional day the last min. When We asked them when to bring the car back they answered on what's app between 10am - 10 pm. When we brought the car, the guy told us that you have to pay a fine coz you are late. We argued him and showed him the messages, he said no this is our openning timing and you are late I didn't answer that. He was so rude showing us where to complain knowing that nothing will happen even if we complained. Very bad customer service The agent told us also that now during expo they have increased their prices 3 times coz they want people to rent daily and they dont’t care about local customers. What a reputation they are trying to build.
