I have rented with Dollar Car Rental for 2 months and have had 2 cars breaking down and it is a hazzle to get a replacement. And their support phone line is sometimes not working because they are busy and there online service chat keeps you waiting for 30-40 min. Terrible service and cars in bad condition.

As per the agreement the deposit should return maximum after 30 days. Its been 90 days now without any notice from them even after countless emails still no replay.

This company is a cheat! They mislead customers and harass them to no end. We returned the car last night, they didn't have any observations, today they have deducted 262 dirhams, saying there was pet hair in the rear seat of the car! Our pets have not even gone close to the car! We wanted to return the car a few days earlier but they refused to take the car back because we had paid online.

I would give zero stars if possible. Disgusting customer service - very rude lady at desk at crowne plaza. Ignored many of my messages. Paid upfront for a car that was not in stock - arrived and given Nissan sunny. Then I had to pay extra 550 aed to have another car which was not my fault - if they had told me the car was not in stock I’d have gone to another branch. Car was dirty on arrival. Upon returning they found a “scratch” yet again and charged for repair for the second time (I also hired a car over a year ago with poor experience but thought I would give benefit of doubt because the car previously rented was faulty). These scratches are a quick money making scandal and if you don’t pay or challenge they threaten police report. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - this is a money making scandal.

I have a negative experience with this company as I didn't receive my deposit back 1000 dirhams due to a small chip on the windscreen, even though I purchases a full insurance package. I strongly do NOT recommend this company, I believe they are frauds.

We paid in advance, but when we arrived (at 6:00 PM after a 6 hours flight), they started telling us that we need to pay for this and that, they won’t take a deposit from our debit card, they said they need to debit the card entirely and will credit us back later. And the amount was 3x from a credit card

Awful service, had to write for about 2 months after car return to refund the deposit. For extending the rent they charged me airport parking fee each time when I just extended online and I didn’t go to the airport and use parking there. They charged me some bank fees too. Eventually they didn’t give any normal reporting of all the deductions they made from my deposit. So 23% of deposit they kept for nothing.

WORST COMPANY ON THE AIRPORT. ( DONT USE ) first they gave me faulty car and asked them to change it that never happened! The guy on the return was so RUDE, no manners at all, I have given over 300AED for toll charges etc they still charged 1538AED from my deposit by saying toll charges and Fines.. asking for receipts of the fines and toll when I cleared already. Not replying sent few emails No reply… Scammers Please don’t use, they take the advantage of us coming to airport and they can take the ***s because we can’t go back to them in personal and they don’t reply to your emails.
