I was a Manager at Dollar Tree Where do I start. The endless OSHA violations. The discrimination. District Managers refusal to onboard anyone in an expedient manner Forcing us to work in stores alone in zones considered dangerous that you are supposedly not supposed to work alone in because it would be a threat to your safety. Severely understaffed on purpose and by design. Making managers do 2 trucks a week by themselves. The exorbitant amount of money being siphoned from my checks for insurance. Just Dental and Accident insurance wiped more than $5 an hour off of my checks. The fact that people are treated like slaves and force to work a no live-able wage and deal with constant abuse. District Managers like Frank Head who are Racist and Islamaphobes who joke about feeding his brother who is a Muslim Pork just to prove he couldn’t tell if he ate it. Frank Heads constant calls telling me how I did a great job; But anyone else would do better. The constant slandering and verbal and mental abuse being carried out IN FRONT of Customers one time a customer even told Frank ahead to Back Off and I quote her saying “Hey you’ve been at this guy for over a half hour; can you please stop!?…That type of stuff can damage a person” And it did It caused me severe emotional distress as an Interim Manager who was denied several promotions for no reason at all Forced to work double shifts almost every day for 2 weeks before Christmas ALONE while the other hood Christians who deserved a Christmas and I didn’t because I’m a Muslim Oh let the Good Christians relax and have a Christmas you’re a Muslim you don’t celebrate Christmas you don’t even deserve one. Oh and the Merch Manager at Holcomb Bridge rd in Alpharetta telling me “You’re Muslim? Oh I thought Muslims just blow up churches and Mosques” My nice Black District Manager who used to work in HR worked in collusion with Tanya and Eden in HR whom both are also black to not only block my promotions for no reason other than being a Muslim and a Good Manager who saved stores for 8 months and trained other managers who were supposed to be trained by Thomas who supposedly trains Managers but never trained them in actuality Thomas is also Black. Frank Head also worked in Collusion with Thomas to ban me from the store because I did not like doing 2 trucks in a row Tuesday and Wednesday BY MYSELF over 4000 boxes in 2 days I worked that Monday and closed. I got home at 11:30PM and had to be there at 5AM and do a 2000 box truck by myself practically on only 3 hours of sleep Then worked a double shift. Then worked the next day down the street doing another truck by myself. Only having 5 hours of sleep in 2 days Oh and dealing with my job being threatened because I ask for interim manager pay. Which according to Dollar Tree and many others who were paid salary after being Interim Manager for 3 months yet I wasn’t. My job also being threatened because a Black associate cussed me out for asking her nicely to move her register and Frank Head took her side. I even received a text telling me I was supposed to report to Management Training Program on Monday Nov 1st 2021. I received it on my phone directly from the manager who hired me Yet I was forced to abandon the promotion because Frank purposely put me in a store that didn’t have enough coverage. He never even made a single attempt to get me coverage. So I was APPROVED FOR A PROMOTION but it was stolen from me for no reason By the Racist District manager Who called everyone in the region and told them not to train me The person who was supposed to train me was Thomas the train Manager Who doesn’t train his Assistant Managers but when I met them they didn’t know how to do anything payroll scheduling nothing. So I had to train them. BTW The Regional Directors name is Scott This was in Atlanta District 102 Region 5 Frank Head was the District Manager They re-zoned the Districts in February So I’m not sure if he’s in the same district several stores in District 102 Have mice and cockroach infestations I’ve reported this and almost faced severe punishment for it. 2630 Martin Luther King Drive Has a severe Roach and Mice infestation Roaches have been seen crawling in the store between aisles. The back room is a complete disaster and safety hazard. Boxes blocking electrical outlets no emergency exits Unsanitary boxes stacked 12 feet high and falling everywhere trip hazards every where. Oh and I have a safety license Also the store at 2036 Johnson Ferry Rd also has a severe Roach problem that has and never will be addressed roaches the size of small dogs crawl between the aisles and in front of the store as well as in the back room in the boxes of food etc. a cashier there (Laurie) solicits the customers trying to scam them she’s an alcoholic who drinks on the job and they love her for that. I think DT put me on a employee blacklist in Atlanta

Their online ordering page is really slow. When adding, viewing, and editing items to the cart, you have to wait sometimes upto one minute for everything to show up. Then you click on something you will have to wait another minute. That's not the worst part. I've placed an order two and half weeks ago for a store pick up, and it is still not ready. I've just received few emails about some items being back ordered. Nothing else about status of the order. My credit card for the whole amount was charged on the day of placing order. I wanted to contact customer service, but their website doesn't have any links to customer service or email address. I should of checked if they had customer service contact readily available on their website before placing an order. One of the companies that set up website only to sell, but not letting the customers complaint, I guess my only option is to look up the phone number and give them a call.

Hola muy buena tienda pero Ayer fui con mi niño de 4 años con condicion de autismo y queria ir al baño y le pregunta a la cajera si tenian abierto el baño me dijo que NO mi niño comenzo a llorar porque queria ir al baño y ella(la cajera) la miraba como burlandose de el y hace gestos muy discriminativos con Otra cliente que estaba alli ...a mi niño le dio un ataca de ansiedad por la nesecidad querer ir al baño y ella solo haciendo gestos y pregunto cuantos años tenia el niño ..falta de information y empatia de esas personas ..me moleste mucho y mejor me sali de la tienda

I went to the Dollar Tree store in Conyers, Georgia this morning. The cashier was nonchalant and failed to both greet me and thanks me. Ok...as I was taking my itemes and preparing to exit the store I decided to contact the manager about the extraordinary clutter. When one of the three managers opened their office door, I asked her when was the clutter going to be cleared away. She immediately retorted, "What clutter? " Even after pointing out the clutter evident at the end of each check-out line, she got even MORE hostile. She then said that there was nowhere else to stage the products. I then said, "That's all you had to say. You didn't have to get so salty just because I asked a question. This store use to be a really nice place to shop." She just stood there glaring at me until another manager came out and told her not to argue with me. I thought that her attitude was very hostile and hope that additional customer service training will be performed. After all, aren't the customers important anymore?

I placed an order for a case of stacking plant pots online for pickup at Altamonte Springs, Fl. store. I missed the initial e-mail telling me it was ready for pickup. I saw the reminding e-mail which said I had until March 17. I went to store and and first the manager said they didn't have it and was I sure I had the right store. Then she said that it was supposed to be picked up by February 15 and it was now March 15. She proceeded to tell me she had got an e-mail to restock them and they were sold. When I got through to customer service I was told they wouldn't have instructed her to do so when the e-mail said I had until the 17th. So it looks like she lied to me, I wasted my gas and time. And the final straw is I have to wait several business days for my credit to take place. I will never buy online or shop from this particular store ever again.

People complaining that it's now $1.25. Come on, we are lucky everything was a dollar for years. I have found great deals for beauty supplies, party supplies and cleaning supplies. I usually check all the isles when I go and have found things that they only had one time but what great value! Yeah, it's a bummer that it's now the "$1.25 Tree" but it's sure not they end of the world. I also really like the employees. They are always super friendly and helpful.

the dollar tree isn't worth shopping there anymore everything's a dollar twenty-five cents now I have shopped at some other stores and found some items for less than the dollar tree is selling them they should change the name because it isn't a dollar anymore this is false marketing now

This rate is for an specific Dollar Tree, located on South Glenstone in Springfield, Missouri. Never had a bad experience before at any dollar tree. But here, Michele is the manager and she's terrible. She collects the most uneducated, rude, racist people to work for her. She looks like she cannot kill a fly but she allows her personnel treat black and hispanic people like they want and let me tell you that is not the best. Somebody change that manager for God's sake!
