Dollar TreeReviews of dollartree.com

I recently went to the Dollar Tree located at 6812 Reisterstown Road in Baltimore Maryland today. There was only one cashier and she had a line of about 7 customers. She complained and kept saying how she was cold and she was not rushing anything. She said she did not feel like being there and she didnt care who knew. This was a horrible thing to say right in front of the customers. She took her sweet time in ringining up customers and complained about everything. I wish I could give her a negative star. If you dont feel like being at work dont come!!!! Dont take it out on the customers. We are the reason that you have a job! I will NEVER go to that location and I will be filing a complaint with the corporate offices

The Dollar Tree Store #1887 on Cache Rd. in Lawton OK is the best one I have Ever been to. They stock daily and the store is not upside down like most are because the employees clean and straighten the products daily. If you need help, each employee willingly helps you to find things and they are kind and courteous. Employees are very knowledgeable and do an excellent job. Never had any problems at this Dollar Tree and people are willing to take time to complain but not as willing to give credit where it is due. The employees should be commended for a job well done at Store #1887.

The female at checkout was unprofessional and quite rude. She did not handle the glass items with care. After which, my daughter asked her for an extra bag in order to wrap the glass candles herself. This individual basically threw the bag at my daughter. Totally unacceptable! I'm not certain I will return to the DOLLAR TREE located in Atlanta, Georgia at the Greenbriar Mall.

They just put a new Dollar store in Westchase Fl. For the first month everything was full and neat. Now it looks like all the stores. Shelves empty and the store is a mess. They should have never put this store in Westchase. Bad for the area, another store that's just a mess.

I visited store 430 in Columbia SC today in search for Stackable Santa Christmas Tree and gift boxes. Shantel and Fred were amazing. They just received the truck and the stackables were at the back of the merchandise but the crawled to the back and found them for me and was just as excited as I was. They displayed the BEST customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Fantaisha the cashier was so happy to see me happy. Definitely would shop there again .

The Dollar Tree in Groton Massachusetts is without a dough the most organized and cleanest one I have ever been to. The manager Dianna and all of the employees are an example for any Dollar Tree or in fact any business to follow.

I terribly upset about the company changing the store which was always a great escape and resolution for families to regular price store, but still claiming it under "dollar tree" store which is not anymore matching the name of the company. If you changing the prices of your merchandise, you should better change the name of your services. It was upsetting and disturbing. No concerns about your working staff, they are always pleasant and tolerating well verbal concerns of customers like me.
