Hi Ellie, Thank you for the kind review. Costa Rica is the best! So glad you found a great ticket with us. Make sure you go to Tabacon hot springs if you're in the area. Night time pass is the best. It's AMAZING! So happy to have you as a customer! - DFC Team

Accidentally subscribed when my 7 day trial ended during the midst of COVID and could not get a refund, thought I unsubscribed but ended getting charged again. Still couldn't get a refund. Now out $200 in total and of course, haven't taken a flight as it's been a COVID year. I get it, I should have been more aware of when my free trial end, should have checked again to make sure I had canceled my unwanted subscription, but a lot of companies now send you an email or reminder before you are charged again, or will give you a prorated refund. Those companies know that they still have enough revenue without unwilling dragging people in. Apparently DFC is not one of those companies. As this is year two of this, this is clearly a service I do not and have not wanted. I've triple checked to make sure I've unsubscribed now, and I will be setting a calendar reminder to make sure I check again so that I don't have to repeat this saga a 3rd time.

Hi Madeline, Hope you're doing well and having a wonderful week! So sorry to hear about your frustrations on the recurring and/or unexpected charge. We would never knowingly continue to charge someone who's canceled a membership. If you believe you we're charged even though you canceled your membership, I highly encourage you to please reach out to Customer support ([email protected]) so we can address that issue and get you the refund you deserve. Our membership is build around annual charge so that the service we provide to a customer is not impacted...we don't people to miss the deals they want. We never unwilling drag people into a membership, everyone has to signup on their own and input their CC. Additionally as mentioned above we would never charge people who canceled. If that happened, it would be due to a system error that we would happily refund any customer effected by that issue. Please due reach out to support ([email protected]) if you believe the charge was due to an error. Thanks again Madeline! Cheers, DFC Support Team
