Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry tat you've had a negative experience with our service. Since we're a subscription service when you sign up for a membership you're automatically renewed on your renewal date which is for the convenience of our members. We do send a renewal email in advance of your charge to give people ample time to decide whether they wish to renew their membership or not. Hi Nina, We're sorry for the negative experience. You do not have the full day to cancel, how subscriptions work is you have until the time of when you signed up to cancel. So if you signed up for a 2 week trial at 8am you would have until 8am 2 weeks later to cancel. -The DFC Team
