I also signed up for the "free trial", but my credit card information was forwarded and charged. When I asked to have it cancelled, the stand they couldn't, but would extend my membership for a year. 6 months prior to the end of my extended membership, they renewed it for me! I have been trying for over 4 months to get a refund. Be VERY sure you ACTUALLY want this before signing up!

Like a lot of people, I originally signed up for TripAdvisor+ for a free trial. Once signed up, I was advertised a one-year trial of Dollar Flight Club, which sounded like a good deal. Unbeknownst to me TripAdvisor passed on my credit card information for auto-renewal. I contacted Dollar Flight Club the day I saw the charge show up on the credit card. They took a while to reply, and assured me they sent a renewal reminder, nowhere to be found in my gmail. Very shady and scammy business practice, they should lose access to credit card billing system.

I love getting daily emails on deals from Dollar Flight Club. They’re so good even if you’re a free member! They do all the time consuming work so you just have to do the simple task of booking your flight! I have recently saved $65 each person on a roundtrip flight to New York during peak season, which doesn’t seem much but it really does add up when you’re purchasing tickets for your entire family.
