It was a pleasure getting cashback through DollarDig throughout the years. I just did another easy transaction and cashout a few weeks ago. DollarDig has always had the absolute best customer service that I have ever known for ANY product or service. Many thanks! ★★★★★

No problems, they pay very fast

These guys held my cash back for over a year, and didn't approve it until I threatened legal action. And now I can't withdraw it because it's under their minimum. Customer service is horrendous. Stick with Topcashback/Rakuten. Don't risk not getting paid with Dollar Dig.

Hi EH, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with Dollar Dig. As noted in our messages to you, the merchant did not respond to inquiries or multiple follow-ups for your missing cashback. We had notified them of your intent to pursue legal action, to which they then responded and approved your cashback. All of this was documented with screenshots to you, and all of our responses were within 24 hours or less. We are unable to approve cashback for purchases without the merchant confirming them, and we diligently follow up with inquiries that are outstanding. Our minimum withdrawal amount had always been $25.00. All of this is documented in our terms and conditions. You had previous transactions with us that went smoothly, and you've withdrawn funds as well. I'm sorry that one transaction where the merchant ignored your only inquiry left you so upset as to leave a 1 star review. Happy holidays!

I got cashback on my car tires and a computer I bought online, the confirmation period is quite long, but no complaints, it's free money! I withdrew my cashback balance to my paypal account successfully.

I have been using Dollar Dig for many years. They are my trusted go to cashback website.

I paid for a fairly expensive service. I searched for a cash back service on it and Dollar dig was the only one offering anything worthwhile. $50 back. It took a few months to become official but it paid off. $50 back straight to my PayPal. Paid out on the day they said it would.
