300 days latter still cant even get onto their web site at al!!l This has gone on the past Sidious 12 months WTH??? its like a big orange blob took over there??

Site records clicks but no longer pays cash backs. Scam. Avoid.

It has been almost 4 months since my withdraw request has been pending. I have about $1000 cash back pending. I even sent message, but I never got response back. not sure what to do...

Do not use - you will never get your $. Tried to log in to get the $25 they owe me. You can no longer log into their website. Awful.

DollarDig use to be my trusted cash back site for years, however, I requested several payouts via Paypal over more than 2 months ago and as of April 18 2025, I have not received my payments. The payout requests are still showing "In Progress". I sent two messages via customer support in the last two weeks and no replies have been provided. Before these last payments, the previous 2 or 3 payouts also took an unusual late reply and late payout explaining that the owner was sick, however, they did sent my payouts days after, but this time is different. Today I went to their website and after clicking in the login button, the website crashes with the message "There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress." I hope to be able to adjust my score and provide an update on this later since they have provided excellent service in the past.

I've been with DollarDig for years. They were always the best cashback website in my opinion. Unfortunately, things have changed. I requested a payout via Paypal over 2 months ago now, as of 3/30/25, and have not received my payment. The payout request still shows "In Progress" and customer support takes days or weeks to reply with the same excuses that the owner is sick. I hope to be able to update soon and adjust my score, but for now, I will no longer be using this website.

Placed a large order in November 2023 and still have not been paid. They kept over $200 of my cashback. This was my first time using DollarDig, so I made sure to take a screen recording of me clicking on the merchant through their website and placing the order. Still no cashback. TopCashBack and Rakuten issue cashback within a couple of months of my orders there. DollarDig still has not paid me and the last response from support was March 7, 2023. Ever since then, they've completely stopped responding and kept my money. Support claims that they're awaiting confirmation from the merchant, however, it's been almost 16 months since the order. Yet, the merchant is still on the platform and they're still advertising over 3% cashback. Scammers. Stay away.

Update 4/21/25: It's now been over a month since Support has replied at all, with two tickets again left unread. Withdrawals from December and March are still stuck in "Payment Requested". Thus I am forced to go back to my original 1-star rating. ------------------------------------- Update 4/9/25: DollarDig Support reached out and fixed the incorrectly Declined orders. However, the improvement stopped there. It's now been over 4 months since my initial withdrawal, which along with the new one still shows as "Awaiting Approval". Apparently even Support is unable to get consistent contact or any real answers from the owner. If the owner is really incapacitated to such a degree, then the site operation should be (and should have been) paused until it can be properly managed again. ---------------------------------------------- Not sure what to say other than that I hope to update this to 5 Stars eventually. I hate leaving bad reviews. I am a high-volume user of Cash Back sites, having earned (and been paid) 6-figures from each of the big name companies. When my main retailer was having temporary reporting issues on other Cash Back sites, I tried DollarDig. The same issue happened (as expected), but their support was incredibly responsive at getting the problem resolved and the orders credited. I was actually planning on increasing the discussion to see if it could make sense to start giving them a significant amount of my purchasing volume because I was so pleased with the support. But just like that, it changed. A couple of weeks later, nearly 40% of the orders suddenly moved to "Declined" status. Again, I've used these sites for years with this particular retailer and know what to expect. So I reached out to support again to inquire about what the problem was...only to not receive a reply this time. That was August 12th 2024, and the ticket still remains unanswered. Ultimately the $585.97 that didn't randomly decline became payable, so I requested a withdrawal (via check) for that amount on December 17th 2024. Nearly 2 months has passed again, and even that withdrawal is stuck in "awaiting approval" status. It's not a ton of money, but certainly disappointing to initially feel fine with putting ~$25k worth of spend through a new site hoping for a long-term relationship, only to be ghosted on both the support and the payout.
