Not a great experience with Dollar Dig
This is my first time dealing with a cashback site that is not reliable. I requested a payment withdrawal and it has been more than a month, stuck in their "awaiting approval" status. I have communicated with them, but it sounds like generic excuses to not pay out. As of now, I can't recommend Dollar Dig, I would recommend going with Rakuten, haven't had any issues with them. I'll update this review if they make any progress with my payment request. UPDATE (Jan 2025): It took longer than expected, but I was finally paid. I'm updating the review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Hi Rivian, I'm the owner, Rich. I'm terribly sorry that you had a bad experience with my site on the first time trying it out. I appreciate you updating your review. Thank you! Unfortunately, I was fairly ill. I left more details on another review, but that's just an excuse. While I planned ahead in terms of support, updating the site, ensuring cashback is updated, etc., I feel that my team did well. Sadly, I did not plan for not being able to process withdrawals in a timely matter. Shortly, I'll be sure a backup plan for payments is set, so no one could get stuck in a loop of just waiting. I appreciate you and everyone else (our first staff members) bringing it to my attention. It lets me know where I have to focus attention so that we can build a better experience for our friends - cashbackers!
