Update, the customer service finally reached back, and resent my order with no extra charge. I haven't tried the products yet, but they redeemed themselves by resending the products. I gave it one star at first because the customer service didn't respond after two emails. Apparently, when I sent my address I didn't include NE, they sent it back. They had my package for about two weeks and didn't reach out by email or call.

Product arrived on schedule. I absolutely love the way it made my 4b/c hair feel. My hair was soft and easy to detangle. I’m sorry I did not try this company sooner but I’m glad I finally did. It’s affordable and actually makes my hair manageable.

I continue to get great results with the leave-in and I enjoy the masks since my hair prefers thicker products. I am proud of you for making affordable products. I love it! My hair loves it and so far, it hasn’t stopped loving it. You all know some of us have temperamental hair that suddenly stops liking tried and true products. So far, so good! Be blessed.

After one use I was very satisfied…My hair felt moisturized for once. I love the smell of the leave in conditioner. Right now I have my hair in some braids so it has been my go to. Love the hair oil too.

The products are great! I will be ordering more in the future.
