Bad communication with customer.. I didn't receive my order yet from 16 days which the date time of receiving

Been using these products for a few months now and I absolutely love them Does exactly what each item states it does I couldn't be happier. However, with my most recent order, shipping was VERY bad this time. I STILL have yet to receive and ETA keeps changing.

I like the smell and that it is sulfate free.

I love these products; unfortunately my hair is not as soft as I expected. The smell is pleasant, and not too strong. I have only used these products once, and sometimes it takes 2-3 times before my thick coarse hair can benefit from use. I will continue to use and update you regularly on my hair journey.

I love it!! My hair feels so amazing using the Dollar Curl Club product! smells amazing and gives my 4c hair a great feel to it and the shipping didn't take long to arrive to my house.
