I didn't receive my leave-in conditioner with my purchase. T. Hov

My second time ordering, I really like the products. After 8 days I never received a tracking number or the product. I sent an email inquiry which was answered quickly and resolved. I received the products after 2.5 weeks. I want to reorder but probably will not because I don't want to wait that long again. I made my initial order well ahead of time before i ran out and still that wasn't enough. I don't have that kind of time to waste.

I would have purchased the hair cream products but at almost double the cost in P&P - postage and packaging it was a cost I was prepared to absorb

I liked the packaging and it was a nice shampoo & conditioner. It didn’t leave my hair as moisturized as I liked it though.

I like the products a lot! Work well with My hair. The service and the presentation of the product was disappointing to me.

Product smells and consistency are wonderful but I would have to say the price for quantity on some products is unbalanced. I will continue to buy more affordable alternatives to achieve the same looks. The moisture hands down is the greatest quality this line does have. However, for my hair I couldn’t achieve to refreshing curls for next day without using product.

I’m so torn on these products. I ordered the kit that included everything, the whole line of products. The products smell sooo good and it was very affordable. I have noticed a nice shine to my hair without it being oily. And less frizz which is so great! The only complaints I have are the conditioner is on the thin side and not enough slip. Also my hair feels hard and crunchy using the twist and style creams.

Compré el acondicionador y la crema de rizos. Con la crema me ha ido muy bien, define los risos en texturas 4a y 4b; sin embargo, para la 4c no ayuda, (yo tengo esas 3 texturas). Por otro lado, no me fue nada bien con el acondicionador, me deja el cabello tosco y no desenreda nada. Una total decepción.
