I ordered a mat and it didn't arrive. The problem was a simple mistake. Dollamur then went out of their way to get me the mat quickly and the boss even called me. And, the mat is great!

We are happy customers and hope to deal with you again in Dollamur future.

Easy to work with.

Before I initially purchased my flooring I received the best customer service. Upon supplying credit card information it was like pulling teeth to get any information whatsoever. I was initially told the flooring shipped out within 10 days, which it doesn't and that's totally fine had I not been told otherwise by my sales rep. I even emailed the day before my flooring was supposed to ship and I got a response that everything was good and my flooring was shipping the very next day so I scheduled my grand opening. For almost 2 weeks I called and emailed trying to get information. Only to receive an email that there was a terrible accident and no one was allowed to contact customers. I then called customer service and talked to a very nice lady who informed me of all the right information and took the time to make sure my flooring was shipped.

We use them every day, we love them, well worth the money

The 2" carpet bonded, closed cell foam worked perfectly for our roped climbing area. The flooring was easy to cut to custom fit our irregular spaces. The flooring provides just the right amount of support and cushion for roped climbing.

Bought mats for the gym over 4 years ago, we use them every day and they still are like the first day we rolled them out! The people were awesome in helping me out!

I absolutely love the the flexiroll 2" mat with the Velcro option. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is along the seam where the Velcro connects the mat together the mats have begun to tear creating a gap in the mats. I purchased the Velcro because I did not want to have to deal with taping the mats....but otherwise a great investment.
