DollamurReviews of dollamur.com

I haven't received the product yet it's still in transit from the States. As for your website it is very professional. My only reservation with it is the link to email enquiries led me to a gmail account, this just seemed fishy. I ended up getting Jean's email from an associate of mine. Jeans correspondence was awesome particularly given the time zone difference we suffer from. In all well done guys

Can not thank the sales support and company enough! Ordered on Monday, shipped Tuesday and will have by the next Tuesday. Ordered from another company in May and still no mats. Thank you Dollamur for being professional and above the line!

Dollamur was able to accommodate all of our needs. They were happy to look at even the smallest of details we needed done and work to make sure those were right. Excellent service in every matter.

I ordered mats for my school. My logo was crooked on my wallmats, there is a dark stain on one of my mats, and there are several imperfections on the mats. However, they got me the mats pretty quickly and I appreciate that! I will order from them again but I will demand better next time.

Great customer service and top notch quality mats.

The mats finally arrived. The quality is very good. The feedback process from Dollamur was very poor. After I paid for the mats I had to do all the calling. I heard nothing for a month. So I had to call three days before I got a live person "What is the status?" "When is it going to ship?" I was given a delivery date. No one showed up. Then I was given a delivery window. The delivery guy showed up early.

The mat came in right on time & it is a great material.

We purchased a yoga floor for our new facility. We are happy with the product but are finding that the tape on top is starting to peel in spots. We did not receive the VLP edge sealer with the floor and I inquired about it with my rep, with no response. I have emailed a number of times with no response, and I have called in to the office as I am willing to pay to have it shipped to me here in Canada. After 2 calls to the sales team I still don't have an order, and my floor continues to peel. What could have been a great experience has become frustrating due to this.
