DollamurReviews of dollamur.com

I thought the company and salesperson was very easy to work with. I received a copy of the art work for approval. and the mat was shipped in a very timely manner.

Great response time

Pretty easy experience, good follow up, and follow through. Some communication polish required, asked for mat tape, got hook and loop instead.

Best mats in the market!

Service and product quality deserve 5 stars. Only 2 problems: 1) Product was delivered without informing me of date and time of delivery. Mats were delivered when the school was closed. Luckily, The contractor was on site and phoned to advise me the shipment had arrived. I had to phone and beg the driver to wait for me to arrive and sign for the shipment. Probably not Dollamur's fault but I left voice messages to both the delivery company and Dollamur to discuss the issue but no one phoned me back. 2) The tape. I had asked Dollamur to send me the right quantity of tape for the mats and while they did that they did not calculate the length required so I ended up having to join together two strips of tape on the last lane. Not the end of the world. Finally, some of the tape was not very adhesive, probably an older batch.

To be honest Initially I had sticker shock. However, once I saw/felt the quality, heard from other School owners as to how long they last, and how they seemingly never age, the purchase was a no-brainer. There is also the initial surprise reaction of new students once they realize what they will work out on. Tang Soo!

1. The mat looks amazing!! It was so cool to unroll it and put it together for the first time. We had wrestlers, parents, foundation members and community people there. It was a big deal. The local newspaper even did an article on it. It won't let me attach the link to the article, but the Newspaper is the Nisqually Valley News. Check it out!! 2. Chuck was amazing to work with, great customer service!! 3. The fact that Dollamur wanted to partner with the Justin Norton Foundation in helping with the overall mat costs by donating the art work fees. We really appreciate your efforts in helping make this possible. 4. We are truly blessed to have a great product and a great memorial to help Justin's legacy live on in our community.
