Fast shipping and great service. The mats are amazing

I love the mats I received from you! Students and parents are constantly giving me kudos. Shipping was excellent also.

We ordered over 90 brand new mats and pole wraps for our new school. The mats arrived on 3 pallets, one of which was MAJORLY damaged. The driver could barely get it off the truck, for a while he didn’t even want to deliver that pallet because if it got more damaged during his delivery, it would be his fault. The Pallet was barely wrapped up, the mats were beyond filthy and took hours for us to clean, leaving the rags totally black. There were visible boot prints and even tire marks on the mats, a few of them had holes in them. Dollamur was good with shipping out replacements of the really damaged mats, but it still was frustrating that we had to seriously clean every single mat in that pallet and find a way to cut up and dispose of all the damaged mats. It took up hours of our time and a lot of mat cleaning supplies. When the small pallet of replacement mats arrived, they were again not wrapped well and, I am not even kidding, inside the wrapped up mats was a crushed energy drink can, which left some of the liquid on one of the mats. The mats were again pretty filthy. The mats themselves are great, but the shipping company they use is awful, which unfortunately would make me never want to order from them again. It was over $1,000 to ship the mats and it was upsetting to spend that kind of money and go through that kind of hassle.

The Mats are Glorious and the whole thing was simple from start to finish. Would highly recommend. I went with green tatami 2" velcro connect and love them.
