The service is a bit cheaper than other vendors, but worked just as we had hoped. The man who did the installation is a great job of explaining how to use the unit, and how to help the dog learn what to expect. It is rare that the shock part of the collar is used, as the dog quickly came to understand to react to the beep.

Ed was 5 star. Our oldest dog's experience has been challenging. She is having a hard time getting used to it and is mostly just terrified of the whole yard. She gets more comfortable, but then when she gets shocked at the boundary she converts back to being scared in the entire yard. I'm not sure she has really put together the boundary idea as she never wanders into the yard unaccompanied anymore and only comes with me with a lot of prompting. She's slowly improving and I'm hoping with more time she will begin to connect the shock with the boundary without reverting back to fear of the entire yard. I'm looking forward to our youngest dog getting old enough for it and I expect it will go easier.

I needed a reliable indoor fence to keep my dog from going downstairs to the basement . In the past I had bought one from on line but they were not reliable and could shock the dog when they were not near the location. The fence by dog watch is exactly what i needed. It never shocks unless he enters the zone, it gives him fair warning if he is getting close and I can control the amount shock he receives. It is a great product and I would highly recommend this. Also, it gives us options on how we want to form the barrier which is helpful depending on the area you need to keep them out of.
