Great company! Rob was a pleasure to work with. Christine was excellent and had our dog Hank trained in just two sessions. We couldn’t be happier!

It was our pleasure to work with you. Some dogs get it right away and that makes it so much easier to train. Hank obviously was one of those dogs. We appreciate your business and this review.

I am OVER THE MOON happy with our Dog Watch invisible fence! From the first phone all I made to them, I spoke with the nicest, most professional young lady. She gave me all of the necessary information and really made me feel like she cared about my situation with my puppy. From that moment on, every person that I worked with gave me so much information, helped me train my dog, and provided spectacular customer service. My family, including my 6 month old puppy are so grateful to the folks at Dog Watch! It has truly changed our lives!

The installation was great but totally terrorized our little dog when showing us how to train him. It was the complete opposite of how the book and others have told us to train him. They had the system set at the strongest level instead of the lowest.

Michael, we apologize tremendously for your dog having a bad experience. At our business we always start at the lowest level possible to contain your dog, with you the customer having the ability to turn it up as needed, which in your case was only level two. We want this experience to be both pleasant for them and you. The last thing in this world we ever want to do is terrorize your pet, Also there are many training methods, we choose the one that works best for the situation. If you have any other questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to us 740-450-4020

I chose Cat Fence after losing my gorgeous Bengal cat on our very quiet road - and after a lot of research into alternatives (all of which were ugly, expensive and ineffective). It is a great choice! From the start the staff were helpful, considerate, and caring. They efficiently installed the tiny box with unobtrusive boundary cables - and before I knew it both of my cats completely understood to avoid the bleep! Now my beautiful boys (a Bengal and a Savannah) play happily in my garden. They are free to explore, sunbathe, play or simply sleep in complete safety. The difference the fence has made to our lives is enormous. Thank you so much Cat Fence - the boys are living safe and satisfying lives thanks to you and this clever system.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review - so glad all is going well. As cat owners ourselves we love the freedom the fence gives our cats whilst keeping them home :-)

I’m not really sure it’s the Company’s fault but the whole underground fence doesn’t work for us. Our smaller dog was so scarred from the training that he won’t move a muscle if we put on his collar. He won’t even go outside. Our older dog is better, but even though we had his collar on almost the highest setting and he sometime squeals and jumps back - he will also walk right though to go in the lake.

Please Contact us at Dogwatch of litchfield county when you can. Since we did not install the system and only added the collars, I am sure that we can help with some adjustments and add some additional training. Additional Training is needed when issues like this occur, but are easily fixed in a day or two. Sometimes this happens if the flags don’t stay up for the allotted time or the correction levels just need to be adjusted. We are committed to making all systems work. Contact us anytime.

To be honest, my free range dog is so much happier and playful than he was before I got the Dog Watch system. I too am very happy that I don’t always have to go outside with him. He goes out and wanders the yard and comes back inside so happy and playful. I have absolutely no regrets about getting the Dog Watch fence. I would recommend it to anyone who has a pet that they want to keep safely in their yard.
