DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

From installation, to the training with Heidi, everyone and everything was amazing!

Great job with the whole process.. no complaints at all

Dog watch has been sensational to work with- from the initial quote (very reasonable), to the creative problem solving to get exactly what I wanted- a large area of the yard included but keeping the dog out of the gardens, and since it’s been installed troubleshooting my questions (my dog got out a couple times and it turned out she is so fluffy that she needs slightly longer prongs and Afton got them in the mail and I had them within 2 days). I also dropped my dog’s collar in the dog park, panicked, and emailed Afton who got right back to me (thank goodness I actually found it on a repeat dog park visit). This company has been nothing short of amazing. I got two quotes for our invisible fence and I am so grateful I went with them!!!

Unless you know what you are doing don’t try to install an electric dog fence yourself. There were so many things that Troy from the Bay Area Dogwatch dog fence did that made a huge difference and we wouldn’t have know about. He was absolutely worth the price.

Easy to work with, super helpful. Couldn't recommend more, pups love having a yard to run around in.

Company was very personable and checked in frequently to make sure Shadow was on course.

Troy was efficient and helpful. A pleasure to work with.

Ed was so wonderful when we were training our dog. We were afraid she wouldn’t get the hang of it but with practice and patience we are SO satisfied with the service we received. Hands down, very caring and thorough customer service!
