I have a follow up problem that I would like to get addressed and that has been difficult.

Would be great if you could get smaller collar and a multifunction unit

The DogWatch fence has exceeded my expectations. Guy was great at answering all our questions and the installation work was excellent! Highly recommend.

They are always very prompt in returning phone calls and getting out to get any problems fixed!

I was very skeptical and very worried from the get go. I have a strong headed Border Collie that has a mind of his own and is aggressive toward other dogs. Dog Watch came and installed it no problem. I did all the recommended training. It WORKS! He has gotten a little too close a few times and got zapped but he knows the boundaries. It has truly changed my life! Call them, it is sooo worth it!

The franchise owners were very responsive to us throughout the process. We were very knowledgeable about the product and training aspect by the time they left. They also responded quickly when one of our dogs needed different prongs for her collar. Although the initial outlay seemed expensive it was a fabulous alternative to a fence. No extra trimming or maintenance required for the hidden fence!

Worked with Bob & Aileen of DogWatch of Upstate NY. Went with the Big Leash Remote trainer. Any questions before hand were answered completely and gave me reassurance in the product and the training that they provide. 2 lessons with Bob at our home and my border collie has become a much more reliable dog to the point that she can behave off leash and go hiking and trail riding with less worry on our side.

Our experience with DogWatch of Baltimore has been exceptional. Installation was timely, training was seamless and customer service has been top notch. We would enthusiastically recommend DogWatch to anyone who needs an affordable and effective containment system for their dog.
