Everything felt very clean, and tidy. The price was good for the product and it was reasonably compact. Everything just worked out well, and my dog can now run free.

The whole experience went very well. From sales, to installation, to Laurie Spain doing a fabulous job at training. The fence has far exceeded our expectations. Our dog loves being off the leash and free to run. We would highly recommend Stateline DogWatch.

We had Stateline Dogwatch install our system in 2013 to contain our Rottweilers. I was initially skeptical on whether the fence would contain our dogs, but we have to say that we're very pleased with the Dogwatch system that Laurie & her team installed. Our dogs haven't ever gone outside of the containment area once even with all of the neighborhood traffic from other people & their pets walking by. To include other neighborhood dogs that have come into our yard & played with our dogs. Our dogs give chase right up to the boundry line, but always stop while the other dogs continue on. I recently had Laurie back out here in May 2022 to help me find all of the broken connections that happened from a recent landscaping project that we did. I thought there was only 2 breaks that I tried reconnecting, but no such luck so I called Stateline. Laurie showed up that same day which was already late afternoon when I called. Laurie helped me find all of the broken wire which I believe there were a total of 8. Laurie was very good & knowledgeable about each break location. Each time she put her shovel in the ground she unearthed the wire very close to where it was broken. Laurie was a blessing & saved me a ton of time & aggravation of trying to locate all of the breaks. I wouldn't have located all of them & would've had to install all new wire without her help. Thank you very much Laurie & Stateline Dogwatch we will always recommend you & be happy repeat customers for all product needs & if we purchase any new properties in your service area. We highly recommend Stateline Dogwatch!!!

The Dogwatch team has been awesome … responsive from the start, honest about what services were best for us (even if it wasn’t the most profitable for them), installation was quick and not at all disruptive to our routine, great training advice and regular follow-ups. We kind of had an emergency, my dogs invisible fence collar stopped working after 10 years, I called Jennifer at dogwatch and let her know my sense of urgency because our Blacklab was getting out of the yard. Jennifer was able to meet me to replace the collar receiver under warranty on the same day. I cannot be more grateful for the quick and professional service. Our black lab Samson, is family and we want to keep him safe. Thank you you Jennifer.

What a sense of relief! No more worry that my dog will get onto the road and be hit by a car! No more muddy paw prints after she explores the creek along the edge of our property! I did have to set the boundary to 6 feet rather than the 3 feet it was originally set at; had one escape the day after the "fence" was installed but after I up'd the gain she figured it out. Never had another issue.
