Professional and very personable. They really took their time in training our dog, Mayor, as well as training our family. Being a local company, I feel that our questions and concerns get answered in a timely manner and that we are treated as their only customer. Love this local company. The wife and husband are both very responsive and knowledgeable. So glad I used this company for my fence, instead of that other company that I've seen so many signs for everywhere. I am positive I couldn't have gotten the dedicated, enthusiastic training from anyone else other than the Kernersville Triad Dog Watch. I wish I would have gotten my fence sooner, would have made my life so much less stressful!

Thank-you Todd. Customer service after the installation is so important. Once you have a Hidden Fence, you rely on it. We hope you never have a problem but when you do, it's nice to know you can have us come take care of it.

We are very pleased with the service of this company and their product. It works perfectly and gives us such peace of mind. Our first option was to spend the same amount of money getting our dog trained to stop jumping the fence. Five dog trainers we contacted told us they could not guarantee the dog would never jump the fence again after training. Dog watch came as scheduled, spent considerable time on our property, with us and our dog. They were professional and knowledgeable. We had one issue after they left and they were easy to get ahold of and gave us the proper solution for our issue. We even purchased a second collar for another one of our dogs who began to dig under the fence and worked like a charm. If you're not sure go ahead and invest the money it will be worth it.

I have had my fence since 2006. Billone fence has always been helpful with any problems ( very few), and training. After 11 years, I lost my lab and got a poodle. Entirely different types of dogs to train. Teresa came out, checked and marked the fence and gave me a refresher course in training with the fence. Was always ready to answer any questions I had. I have and would recommend Billone Fence and DogWatch to anyone.
