Dog watch is the best out there! I love that the collars have different levels and if the dog challenges the fence the collar will automatically jump to the next level. Also love that you can change the width of the fence. It is just a great system! We have two Australian Shepherds in an acre of flat yard in the front and a big wooded hill in the back of our home. So there are deer, coyotes, rabbits, squirrels etc to chase. We have had the system for 14years. We have had something chew and break the wire and another time the blacktop company broke it at the end of the driveway. I have let the battery in the collars die (forgetfulness) and Guy Treanor is the best at helping me solve any and every issue. He is a wealth of information on training, retraining, changing the settings of the fence and how to make the system for our family be successful. I could go on and on. We are extremely happy with the system and also the service!

Free estimate prior to me making the commitment encouraged us to take a "first look" at the product & services. Company owner, Laurie, is professional, knows her product completely, and stands behind installation and function. That first impression won us as customers. Installation happened on the agreed upon date...it was quickly performed with professional machinery that ensured uniform installation/burial of the fence's wire. Electrical work was also quickly done. No D.I.Y. fumbling about on my part with trenching, wiring, and so on . . no uncertainty about how the project would turn out. Laurie follows up the installation with a trip to the house for an initial training session with the homeowner and his/her dog. VERY thorough explanation and demonstration of the fence, which benefitted both me and my dog. You surely would not get that with a D.I.Y. kit from the local big-box store or on-line kit! After the sale & installation, questions~ I had two~ were handled promptly and thoroughly. I cannot say enough good things about Laurie, the installation, and the product!

One best learns the value of an install/service business if/when a problem arises, and Dogwatch of the Western Slope responded immediately to our difficulty, working until the problem was fully resolved. Excellent, personable, professional, reliable, and easily reached service.

We have had a fabulous experience with Dog Watch. Dave was so easy to deal with -- no pressure sales, but very informative and helpful. They were easy to schedule with and worked easily with the dogs. Dave was also totally responsive and helpful with troubleshooting after the fact as questions came up in our dog training process. We were a little uncertain about how an invisible fence would work for our family and it has been the greatest gift to us and our pooches. We are loving it! Can't recommend more highly.

The product works beautifully and Guy provides excellent service. I could not be happier.
