DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

I recently wrote a two star review for dogwatch. The weather in our area has been terrible and I believe our local office has been very busy so response time had been a little slow. However Bob came out today and was extremely thorough and helpful. Originally, barb over the phone, thought the problem was with the fence itself however it turns out that the problem is our headstrong 95 pound black lab. So hopefully Bob came up with a good solution. Back to training!

Came the morning he said he would. I was not there but he completed the work. That in my mind is customer care.

I have a big ( 100 lbs) dog and I worried that he would not be contained. Never had a problem, though did have to turn his collar up 1 notch. The dogs- also have a 30 lbs- can stay out in good weather as long as they want. Such a relief for me to not have to watch. Wish I'd done this years ago.

We used a number of different brands over the years. Jamie did a great job for us. Installation was good, and the wire guage is heavy duty. He trained the dog well within a week. We have had issues over time and he has always resolved them. We have an issue now with a cut wire when a tree fell. We haven't called yet, but expect great service when we do based on history. I would recommend them and have to many people. The system works great.

Jamie is fantastic!

The installation took no time at all, the technician went over the entire system with us- walked around with the dogs and helped with the collars Great Company Great Service

We had a wonderful experience with our installation and training to use the system with our Great Dane Buddy!

We purchased dogwatch about 3 years ago. Have had excellent results. No issues ever. Our dog is never challenging the fence. Jason was our salesman and did the training for us. Now our neighbors however had to do all their own training, and I believe that takes away from the quality of dogwatch when you don't include it like you used to. We had learned so much with Jason talking us through everything and learning what works best for our dog. He is so knowledgeable. I just wish that it was all still included in the price because it makes me so much more willing to recommend based off of that.
