Couldn't have dealt with nicer folks. They did a professional job and my dogs were treated humanely. Best of all they stay in yard even when distracted by wildlife and other dogs. Several suggestions for improvements are (1) provide installers with a layout of where the wire is to be installed. There are plenty of drawing programs (some at no charge) that would make communicating to the installers concise and clear. Verbal communication can be difficult. There have been times where I felt that I clearly stated something and found out that others mistook what I was trying to get across to them. If this isn't possible, just sketch it out for them. The second suggestion (mostly for Kohler or for folks that are fussy about their lawns - I'm not), find a way to make the installation "invisible" or patch up areas where the equipment leaves ruts.

Out dog is deaf and we were worried that training would be a problem. It wasn’t, he picked it up very quickly. We have been very happy with the people at C no fence. Always happy to answer questions and available to do follow up training with our dog.

Everyone at Dogwatch from Tippie the office manager to Dave the trainer were fantastic to deal with! My German Shorthair was on her own in 3 days days safely contained in our yard! Easy to use and super friendly helpful staff.
