DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Their response time and service are excellent. Highly recommend this company.

We are so happy with our fence . We love that they spent time with our dogs and made sure their collars were at the proper setting . We have recommended them to our family and friends .

The business communications and transactions were so easy. The installer was great and explained everything. The dogs responded well. Would definitely recommend.

Love it for our JRT. Runs freely, no worries.

Expensive but Matt was very polite, knowledgeable with the product and training us and the dog. quality equipment and system works great.

I am withholding a 5 star rating because my dog has not completed training yet and will not stay within the boundary. This is not a reflection on DogWatch of Greater Charleston or Matt. He has been very responsive, helpful and understanding. Once our dog is using the containment system to success, I will definitely give Matt and his business 5 stars. I love the functionality of the system, I just need it to work for my dog and me. ***UPDATE*** My dog finally adapted to the new system. It works GREAT!!! Thank you to Matt and DogWatch of Greater Charleston for their patience and diligence to see the entire process through until our dog began to adhere to her boundaries. I recommend them enthusiastically!

Jeremy the installer was fabulous. He went above and beyond in setting up our fence and working with our dogs. We have recommended Dog Watch and Jeremy's service to everyone we get a chance to.

We've had our fence for almost 90 days, no problems. The installation was quick and smooth, the training was good. The install crew was very knowledgeable, great with our dogs.
