Happy, tired, and SAFE dog. 3 acres to roam and play. The BEST thing we have ever purchased for our dog. Hidden fence is a lifestyle you shouldn’t live without if you have a dog who doesn’t have a fence. Phenomenal customer support and service. Our dog has never crossed her boundary, not even for a squirrel!

This fence has changed our lives. No exaggeration. We were able to contain our 2 dogs in 6 acres at an affordable cost. When Guy told us that we would be able to leave our house- with the dogs out- and not worry about them- I didn’t believe him. BUT HE WAS RIGHT! Three years later and we are still so thankful we have this fence.

Pat and Emily were great from the start. I had concerns about our golden retriever being such a scaredy-cat and not taking to the training.. Pat assured me that he would make sure he came out to do the installation and initial training. My golden loved him! Our dogs know how far they can go now before their collars start singing to them! I have had my system 6+ years. The original owner/installer was very involved in the business and easy to reach. We are now being serviced by the 3rd owner. It appears to be a cash cow for whomever purchases it, I would like more options for purchasing replacement product from the company. I either have to pay a small fortune to have it shipped or drive to dealers home to pick up product.When a collar or fence isn't working-it is a matter of urgency to the pet owner! This winter I paid a fee for service line repair (they taped the ends together), the line broke again a short time later. When I requested it be fixed properly, they wanted another service fee? They did repair the line, but never came back to seal it in driveway...so it is still exposed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care and service.

We have had DogWatch for our dogs for a number of years. It's given freedom to them, and us. The staff is professional, timely, and love dogs. I'd recommend DogWatch of Dayton to anyone who loves their pets.
