My initial experience was a little confusing, and I had a paid reservation before a meet and greet. But this was easily resolved by calling customer support. I was pleased and impressed with the number of dog lovers willing to open their homes. They offered a low stress, and even fun experience for my furry friend which made my travel that much less stressful.Getting photos and video updates is also reassuring. It's nice to know my pooch has a place to go for slumber parties in the neighborhood.

I had a very good experience for my dogs care the first time i used this service but the first time and again yesterday I had trouble telling if your site accepted my payment by credit card. I registered to have dog care with the same family last night but am not sure the payment went through.

DogVacay saved me in a last minute bind. Had to go out of town at the last minute and all the kennels were full. Our dog sitter was great and our dog had a good time there.

This is a great way to be connected to potential dogsitters. The platform is easy and convenient to use and I love the daily updates. I've been connected to some excellent sitters (and let dogvacay know about the ones who have been less than great). Highly recommend.
