I had never heard of DogVacay before but I was looking for a home dog sitter and did a google search and found them. I like the way the run their business and that payment and such goes through them and not directly with the sitter. I would use them again.

I've been using DogVacay for about a year. We did have one bad experience with a host but every other experience was great. The follow up and care I received after I posted a negative review was superb and convinced me to try again. I'm so glad I did. We've moved around a lot so although I would have been a regular with some hosts, the locations just didn't work out. We just got a new puppy and will be boarding him as well as soon as he gets his shots!

We are so pleased with DogVacay. It makes us feel confident to plan vacations in the future knowing that our dog will stay with dog lovers who are going to take care of him. We have only good things to say about DogVacay and particularly about Justin, our dog's host.
