We found DogVacay to be very helpful finding and locating a daycare service for our dog. I like that you can take care of payment and booking right through the site. The only thing I find to be lacking are any kind of features that allow an easy 1-click reservation repeat. For example, I book our dog every Sunday for the week, but we have to still sign in, select the days one by one again, etc, etc. It would be nice to just have a repeat button or something similar. The only other complaint, and it is really frustrating, is that their Login via Facebook links are very buggy. I have to repeatedly login via Facebook and sometimes it does not work at all and I have to go to the app on my phone. Other than that, great site!

Through DogVacay we found a great doggie sitter. The website is easy to navigate when searching for a sitter and the booking/payment process is simple. There are a lot of sitters to choose from. What I don't know is how well each sitter is 'vetted' by DogVacay.

The two DogVacay pet minders I have used for my dog have been outstanding and my dog has been very happy to see them on her second visits, which is a strong indication. I do think that the website functionality can be improved, as the typing of comments is clunky and you can't readily reply to your host when they send you a photo of your pet.

Lulu enjoyed this experience. She returned home happy and relaxed. It's great for her to interact with other dogs.

Easy site to navigate. I really like the ability to plug in my area, budget and then see my options.

Our dog had a great time and the price was right! We even received a picture in the middle of the stay. Great host! we will be using this service again!

Needed a Pet sitter while we were on vacation to give us some free time for dining out and site seeing. Thanks to DogVacay, it linked us up with Clau our Dog sitter where we could read reviews and allowed us in communicating with her easily thanks to the app. Our Dog sitter was excellent and so was the whole DogVacay experience. Will definitely recommend and will use DogVacay again.
