Looking for a babysitter for my dog was my first experience. Usually when I leave it's a member of the family that takes care of her. I had so many questions. Through Internet I found DogVacay. I called them. I received answers to my questions. The lady on the phone was patient and polite. She helped me up to the end, through the process of building my account and finding a sitter on the site. At the end she even offered me to call again if ever I had any questions or remarks. Thanks to them I had great vacation so did my dog.

Customer service was quick to help me with a problem I had booking online. Professional,curtious and knowledgeable. Provider was excellent!! Kept me posted daily on my dog.
