Great experiences
It is great to find so many sitters that are local to me! Paco has had 3 DogVacay's and they have all worked out!

Excellent experience for nervous dog mom
I had never left my dog with anyone but my family, and we both had a GREAT experience with DogVacay. The experience was simple, easy and enjoyable. I have too many good things to say about my sitter herself, but the DogVacay platform made it easy for me to review and find someone I would trust. The communication platform makes it easy for users to get in touch directly (and quickly) with the sitters. I will absolutely use DogVacay again.

So happy I found Dog Vacay
What a terrific idea! A dog sitting site to help me find the perfect place for my beloved guy. Easy to negotiate, reasonably priced and a link to a world that I didn't even know existed. How great is that?

A home away from home!
What a wonderful alternative to a kennel! I felt at ease knowing my beloved senior Golden was in a loving home while I was away.

DogVacay - Home away from home when they can't go with you
We found this site when we were looking for alternatives to leaving our dog in puppy prison (ie a kennel). Our host was wonderful. We were able to come over for a visit before the stay and were completely comfortable leaving our pet with her. He was able to sleep with her and did everything he would've done at home. We will use her again when needed.

No more kennels -- no more guilt-- since finding DogVacay!
My daughter suggested DogVacay for me when I was stressing over having to board my dog for an out of town family event. The first person I contacted wasn't a good fit for my playful pup, but the second person with huge yard, elderly live-in dog and relaxed & gentle demeanor was perfect. I highly recommend a meet & greet if you have a younger, athletic dog to make sure it's a good fit. It made all the difference for us. This was a great experience for both me and my new rescue. She now runs to the car, probably hoping I'll take her back to her 'pack.' 🐶
