My experience (Dogvacay host for two and a half years) with Dogvacay has been wonderful. These are people who care about pets. Everyone is supportive; providing ideas, suggestions, technical information and encouragement. Any issues I have had have been swiftly handled and handled well. Service and loyalty seem to be paramount. I tell everyone I can about Dogvacay.

We've been both a client and a host with Dogvacay.com. We found them while searching for our own sitter. In using the service for our pups, we then became hosts ourselves. Dogvacay.com is very easy to use. You can navigate around the site easily and without any confusion. The customer service that Dogvacay has is outstanding! As being both clients and hosts, we've called and emailed the customer service department many times, that they've alway been very friendly and eager to help. For emails, they've always responded quickly with an answer. I highly recommend using Dogvacay.com for any pet sitting needs. They do pretty good background checks and go through stages to become hosts. We are so happy to have found Dogvacay, both for our dogs, but also so we can help others, as they have helped us!

I have found being a host on DogVacay to be a great experience. I have always had all the support I needed to run a solid business. The questions I've had are easily and professionally answered every time. The website keeps me organized and protected. I have an ally and business partner and never feel alone. I also recognize their consistent awareness of growth and change, as they are regularly learning, making changes and upgrading accordingly.

Thank you dogvacay! It has given me a sense of independence, and it's doing something I love! I cannot work outside the home with 6 kids. Dogsitting is the perfect job for me with so much else going on. I adore dogs and have learned so much about different breeds through dogvacay!

In the 2 years plus I've been a member, I have always been impressed by the excellent response time from DogVacay whenever I have an issue. The facility with which one can book, change or review the site is wonderful. Sending the client a pic or video of their pup is a super idea and the clients love it and the best thing is it requires very little work on my part, good thing because I'm busy taking care of my little guests. Because I still work, I don't actively seek new clientele, but if I did, I would not hesitate to promote this business to the max because of the experience I have had, with the confidence that any issues which might arise would be taken care of immediately by the staff.

I can tell you hands down that this is a very needed service. Pups shouldn't go to puppy prison while their parents are on vacation. Now, not all kennels are terrible, but you can't deny your pup would much prefer a night on my couch opposed to a sterile box. This site helps connect hosts who love pups to owners who truly care about their canine companions happiness as much as their own if not more.

Dogvacay carefully selects the best hosts and provides them with all the tools and support necessary to give excellent care to their clients' dogs. The website is extremely efficient and well run. They have a genuine love of animals and want your pet to have the most comfortable and fun experience possible!

I've only been providing DogVacay service since August, 2015, but am very, very impressed with the service and DogVacay as a partner. I've met some wonderful people and their pets and am pleased that almost everyone has become a repeat customer. I'm able to get my "dog-fix" without having to actually own a dog, plus it is a great way to see what breeds I really like in the event I do get a dog. DogVacay is a tremendous partner. They do all the paperwork for my business, marketing and guidance for those times I'm stumped as to how to handle a delicate situation. My husband was not keen on me doing this business, but he is loving our new visitors, the great people we have met and who wouldn't like a little extra cash. It's a win/win.
