DogVacayReviews of dogvacay.com

We've been affiliated with Dog Vacay since January 2014 with a steadily growing business. They've been with us since the beginning: helping develop our profile, providing continuous dog care training and tips, including us in their 'top hosts' informational blog and swiftly responding to our various issues (from a simple reservation modification to helping us deal with tragic events involving a beloved guest dog). We couldn't ask for more. Thank you Dog Vacay for always being there!

I began dog sitting with Dog Vacay in Feb 2015 and they have kept me busy! After the loss of our beloved dogs, Zoe & Dakota in 2014, I decided that taking care of others pets was a right choice for me. I've had the please of sitting for all types of breeds and it has, and continues, to bring me great joy. As a Grandmutter I get to spoil em, love, and give them back, perhaps a little more pooped (pun intended) after so much fun!

I have worked for Dogvacay.com for close to 3 years...The service and staff will accommodate your every need. Very personable and friendly. Your dog is in good hands and will enjoy their vacation or play date!

I joined Dogvacay almost 3.5 years ago and it is become a wonderful business for me not only because of my clients and their pups , but because of the superior service and support I have received from Dogvacay. There has never been a time when I had an issue that it was not immediately addressed and resolved which provides a great deal of comfort for me and my clients. Important beyond words because when it gets right down to it if the service Dogvacay provides is lacking it may well have a reflection on me. Dogvacay has proven its value and I am forever grateful!! Thanks!!

I am a host at DogVacay and have always had incredible customer service. The team always resolves my issues quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be more happy with how they run their business and conduct themselves to better serve host and visiting guests.

I have been a Dog Vacay host for almost 2 years. I have so many repeat customers and get new ones regularly. Dog Vacay is so easy to work with. They are always just a phone call away. I am so glad that I found them and highly recommend them for finding great host's for your own dogs or like me, have an awesome business.

I love using DogVacay; we started researching costs for our own trip to Europe and decided to begin hosting. We ended up paying for the majority of our trip just from the side money we earned hosting other dogs. Along the way, we've met some great clients who are now friends. There are other services that work similarly, but DogVacay has consistently brought us more business and is a very helpful website for managing the bookings. The two suggestions for improvement I would give are 1- allow hosts to set prices for individual days (which they are working on now!) and 2- provide more helpful information about handling the taxes associated with taking on a small business. It was difficult the first year, given that we didn't receive any documentation from DogVacay, but I understand that they're not in a position to give tax advice. Still, I wonder if there is any middle ground that would ease the burden on people like us who are just doing this in our spare time. Overall, highly recommend. Love the company, love the concept, and will have recommended to many other friends (who are now sitters!)

I have had questions many times, and have always left feeling satisfied after contact. Staff is very helpful in all aspects including care of the doggies. Their number one priority is the welfare of the dog and I respect that. Super company to be a part of, it changed my life!
