We are a couple of Florida retiree. Two years ago we began working with DogVacay and since then we thanks God every single day for having the opportunity of take care of dozens of furry guests with the support of a very professional company. We don´t have a single complain of their assistance and technical support. DogVacay is the best!

Why take you precious pup to a kennel, when they can stay in a home where they're loved and cared for. Dogvacay not only has animal lovers as hosts, but a 24/7 backup to support the pups, their families and the sitters.

We are thankful everyday for Dogvacay. I have been able to leave the workforce and be a "stay-at-home dog mom" while going back to school full time. I do wish that it was a little more restricted as to who can be a host/hostess. There should be more of an interview process, or more continuing education for serious hosts to set themselves apart from casual hosts. Any time we have had to call Dogvacay with an issue, they've taken care of it.

We have been with Dogvacay for over 1 year and have found them to be top notch in everything they do.

The company has been very helpful and very cooperative. I have never encountered an impatient staff person. Everyone has been very helpful. I think the site itself and the app are very useful and easy to use. Payments to PayPal have always been in my account in a timely manner. The 15% fee is reasonable. The company is very willing to refund charges to pet owners if the owners vacation plans change. One thing I appreciate is that the staff is very understanding and they all seem to care about the sitters and care about the visiting pets. Very supportive company. I feel very at ease doing business through DogVacay. I am never pressured to do more or to make more. I can go at my own pace and I feel in control of my business. Thank you all for everything you do.

I have found that customer service is helpful the process is very easy to explain To Doggie parents. I like the fact that there somebody I can call in case something comes up. I do wish however that there was an easier way to upload photos from the app or even the actual website as I do most of booking pictures and etc. through my phone if not my Kindle this becomes a problem when I want to just upload a couple photos for the dog owners instead of sending them via email there should be an easy way to do this

I am very impressed with how friendly and professional the support staff is. Their website is easy to use and being a host is a fun and safe experience. I never feel like they leave me "hanging" if I have questions or concerns. They have made it possible for me to work out of my home as little or as much as I desire, which is a plus. It is such a blessing to have the opportunity to do something that I actually enjoy and get paid for doing it. I have met some wonderful pooches and I can be as selective as I want. Most of the pet parents are delightful as well. It has been a win win situation for me, my clients and all of the pooches as well.
