My dog had a great time and I have no doubt my first dogvacay provided did their best job. The problem was a couple days later my dog had the worst diarrhea ever for 4 days. She had all her typical kennel shots but I don't think the provided checked the dogs he was looking after or his own. May not use this again unless they can prove that all the dogs have their kennel shots.

Certain days on the sitters calendar were blocked out when, actually, the sitter was available. I had to communicate with the sitter by phone to determine if she was available on that blocked calendar day. Then when I tried to alter the reservation online using "Help" as a guide, the situation became confusing, necessitating several phone calls with the sitter to correct the reservation.

Good experience, great dog boarder, but DogVacay fees were too high.

Using your website to find a sitter was good- easy in fact. Booking a sitter has required me to call your help desk each time. Your website defies logic (at least mine) but I have only been into computers/computing since 1972. Your help people have always provided friendly assistance. I give your services an "A" but your website a "C+."

Out of the 3 sitters only 1 is great.

I like that after I get a response from a caregiver that I can meet and greet, get to ask questions and see their homes.

If I'm logged on doing a search for a sitter......why do I have to enter area, dog size, age and price filter each time! If I'm logged on this info should be saved. What can I say....annoying. I've used 1 sitter so far and she was great. Meet & greet very helpful to see with who and where your little family member is staying.

I had accepted an offer and it was pending for 3 days. Could not finalize on my I-phone.
