I absolutely love dog vacay. The service and app is very user friendly. The host/hostesses often provide updates and it makes me feel good. The customer care team is also awesome. They always answer questions and it never feels like I am bothering them with my questions. The service is affordable, and they seem to take care of their staff.

We have used dog vacay many times now and the process has been smooth and easy, We will use them again!

We have found the best sitter for our pup when we both have to work long shifts. He comes home totally work out, much better than keeping him locked up all day! This is a wonderful resource!

I hated leaving my little, playful pup at the kennel when we traveled. A year ago, when I pulled up and had to drag him out of the car, with him shaking and whimpering the whole time of check in, I promised him I would never leave him there again. I found DogVacay and it was exactly what I was searching for. I arranged a home visit and I struck gold with our first sitter. Gozie knows Patrice by name now. When I tell him we are going to see her he gets excited and she treats him like one of her own. He gets more play time with her family then he does at home and we get updates regularly. My biggest advice would be to take the time to do the visits. We had a long weekend come up and Patrice was scheduled so I booked someone sight unseen. She was not familiar with little dogs and I don't think it was a good fit. I always plan on taking the time to do my research now.

Well what can I say.... Jay and Haruyo continue to love our pups as if they were their very own... Russ and I rest assured they are well taken care of when we are away.... and I LOVE the daily report... makes us smile... Jay is quite the writer... Our cocker Reddi is a bed hog and Jay and Haruyo really tolerate that... and our Butch has cataracts and needs a tad bit of help at night .. Never a problem! I am a bit hesitant to rave about these hosts ... fearing they will never have room for our babies.. yet ITS TRUE .. They are super... hugs
