It's so great to be able to easily browse families, and their homes, where our small dog can be happy while we're gone. So much better than putting our dog in a cage for a week... We live close enough to a boarding kennel that we can hear the dogs crying and howling during long weekends and school breaks... It's so sad.. Dog Vacay isn't really any more expensive. We found dozens of families within 20 miles of us (Melbourne, FL), and settled on one 4 miles from where we live. They sent us tons of pictures through the app and by texting. We picked up a happy dog when we got back. Will certainly use them again.

We were very worried about going on vacation without our dogs. We did not want to put them in a kennel. Then we found DogVacay! Our pups love to stay with Peggy where they feel at home and we get peace of mind and are able to enjoy our vacation. The daily text updates and photos of our dogs are great and even makes our vacation more fun. We cannot recommend DogVacay too highly. It's the only way to go.

Everything was just as advertised. No hidden charges or unwelcome surprises...just a great sitter when we needed one. 5 Stars for sure!

DogVacay was such a great experience. So glad my vet told me about it. I used Todd in Port St. Lucie and he is wonderful. My dog loved him and didn't want to leave! Gives me piece of mind knowing I have someone to take care of my baby and not worry that he is locked up in a kennel for hours at a time or in a cold cell at a boarding place. He was in a warm home with a big back yard to roam freely and given the attention he loves. What a great experience it was and can't wait to use the again.

I love using DogVacay, most service providers are cheaper and more accommodating than using "pet spa's" and kennels. I use it most times I travel.
