Great service for customer and provider. Need more help marketing.

I've been using dogvacay for a couple of years now, and I wouldnt have it any other way. Dogs are in homes, not crowded, noisy, cement with chains kennels. Hosts love dogs and care for yours like their own. Plus there is the flexibility with pick up and drop off times. Oh making reservations easy peasy, and plenty of info on the host so you can see if its a good fit.

This was my second time using Elisa and I am very happy. My little dog us old and blind and. Elisa is so gentle with her.

I heard about DogVacay on a television commercial. We were pleased to see there were experienced pet sitters living in our neighborhood. We have a lovable, but high maintenance shih tzu,Bo, that is almost 12 years old, so we met with Mallory and Ryan(an adorable married couple) first which they were happy to do. They watched Bo for 8 days in our house while we were in Europe with our family. Mallory sent detailed emails every day with pictures which was so comforting. She administered medication to Bo every night and got up very early with him each morning. We were beyond pleased with their care of our beloved pet and would highly recommend them. Mallory even left our house as clean as the way she found it! The DogVacay website provided user reviews and important information about their services. It was a great experience for which we were very grateful.

Both the website and app of DogVaycay are laid out very well. I love that videos can be uploaded from the sitter and we are able to watch them on any device. I love the profiles and the ability to see all of the credentialing of the sitters. Courtney, our sitter, has been wonderful. We are so lucky we found her. I have told numerous people about DogVacay and what a lifesaver it has been from filing out information to paying for a sitter. The website does it all.

You wouldn't trust your beloved pet with just anyone. DogVacay help me find someone local, experienced and trustworthy.

I like the process of reviewing potential sitters / hosts, then sending a quick message to check their availability, fast feedback / responses and my dog is taken care of, nice process
