I did not want my fur baby in a kennel or cage. Just by chance I found DogVacy on the internet and I am sold!! The family who cared for my pet were absolutely wonderful. I received pictures and notes daily. The reservation process was easy, and the cost affordable. I am so very grateful for this service. Thank you.

Mike was an awesome host from dogvaca! He and his wife showed my 6 month old pit, Magnus a refreshing amount of hospitality. They went out of their way to make sure he felt comfortable and at ease. We had a meet and greet first which I loved. He gave me an opportunity to take my time to make sure my little guy felt safe and at ease with his dogs. He was even willing to keep his dog in a closed room throughout the whole entire overnight stay of my pup's time there. Its common for dogs to act a certain way when more stressors are present...so just as I suspected...when I left....Mike was able to get the dogs to intereact slowly without a leash from day 1 up until being inseparable during pick up time! He was amazing! His pitbul Rojo was very kind and playful with my baby pit. And I loved the huge fenced yard space they had to run around. They even have a dog bed for them to sleep on right next to their bed. It was also very sweet of them to let him go up on their bed for cuddle time. Mike and his family went above and beyond to have Magnus feel right at home and to keep me at ease with plenty of picture and text updates! Will definitely have him doggy sit again! Awesome family..awesome home awesome environment!

Have now used Dogvacay twice and have been very pleased with it.

OMG was DogVacay a lifesaver. We had our pet sitter plans blow up right before spring break, but with DogVacay we were able to find someone that could watch Buddy with short notice, We were able to read reviews and see how many return visitors our chosen Dog Sitter has had. And the BEST part was being able to pay right through DogVacay. We didn't have to worry about payment at pick up (which is really helpful if you have an impatient pup!). I have DogVacay bookmarked!!!

I am so happy to have found Lidia and Miguel. They showered our Phoebe with tons of love and attention. The photos and videos were such a joy to get on a daily basis. We will be having Phoebe stay again when we take our trips. Thank you!!

Karlie D was excellent in caring for my dog, Ginger. She kept me informed almost on a daily basis with pictures and a video of Ginger. Ginger looked like she felt right at home. So much so, that I thought she might not want to come home. (she did :) ). I have already told many people of DogVacay and Karlie D.
