DogVacay is a fantastic service. It's genius and such a great way for us to know our pup is in good hands. Their customer service is awesome as well. We were having trouble getting a response from a potential host and their customer service team responded with a number of solutions, and additionally sent a follow-up a few days later with more ideas. Just great.

Hey I thought you should know that we have had an amazing experience with Alex and his Dad, Ray. Our Schnoodle was so excited when I dropped him off a second time for his time with Alex; this made me feel great leaving him. They take tons of pictures and let me know how he's doing (which is always great) through out his stay. I would highly recommend Alex & his Dad (who loves to spoil my cutie!)

I was amazed how easy it was to set up my account, view the calendar of Jaime and book the dates that we were away. I was even more impressed with Jaime, her immediate love and affection for our two siamese cats was incredible. She came into our home, spent time with Dixie and Tad - fed them, cleaned the litter box and made sure the house was secure - and then sent us a text message letting us know how the two were doing. I definitely would recommend DogVacay and especially Jaime - she is amazing.
