I love the service, and the dog sitter that I found, but the fees are putting it out of reach for me. The cost of sitting is in the high range, which is ok for good sitters, but the fees have made me hesitant to use the sitter again. And the sitter has raised his fee twice since I first signed up a few weeks ago!

I was very happy all around using dogvacay. My only complaint would be the cost, very expensive. We were so pleased with the couple we chose to watch our girls. One of them was having tummy issues related to stress since she does not do well with change. However, the couple watching the dogs kept in contact with us as well as dogvacay to resolve the issue. After we got the dogs back, received a personalized email and phone call from dogvacay checking on her to make sure she was feeling better. Was really so happy to k ow they care about their customers.

Heidi was great! She provided great pictures of my baby while I was away!

We've had great experiences with DogVacay. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because a large majority of the time the sitters' calendars aren't up to date. I also REALLY don't like that some sitters write in their profile that they will still have room for your dog even if their calendar shows they are full- this is a red flag to me and my dog's safety. Just wish DogVacay could micromanage the sitters a little better.

The hosts from DogVacay have been great for caring for our cairn terrier Mattie. Both of the hosts we have used made Mattie a part of the family while she was staying. The hosts are also great about keeping us in photos and information about how Mattie is doing.

All in all, great experience. User interface is nice and easy to operate, the communication with the sitter is smooth.. and the main event- the sitters Iv'e used thus far were caring and loving and simply amazing. Cool!

Very helpful service in finding dog sitting / boarding. My dog requires 24 hour supervision and I find it difficult to use the system to try to locate only those that provide 24-hour supervision. Also wish there was a category for fenced-in yards.

The service is great! I really appreciated having a way to connect with local sitters in our area. The meet & greet function really helps along with being able to see photos and read reviews. I am totally happy with our dog's sitter and recommend DogVayCay to anyone.
