I love the service and sitters. The app and site needs tweaking. Sitters need more control over setting up Meet & Greets. There should also be less message threads i.e. general inquiry, reservation requeat, custom quote, too many messages everywhere and it's confusing. Keep it all together in one message and it causes less confusion. Overall, let the sitters have more control.

I've found an excellent sitter to take care my dog when we were not available to take my dog who is a bit of aggressive with anything strange to him. The sitter is great /gentle person and provided excellent care of my dog. I won't think twice to go back to her. DogVacay recruits great dog sitter from my experience. A great site for concerned dog parents! My puppy was 7 months and I was worried about what to do when traveling out of town. We looked up a great sitter who was very good at listening to concerns. They even let him sleep with them at there house. I would recommend this site!
