Although I was doubtful about this kind of service I have no choice but to try it out when I found I had no family to take care of my animals. I'm extremely happy with the results. There was an issue with the billing and I was able to reach them by phone and they answered very quickly. The problem was resolved and all was good.

Everyone I reached out to was quick to respond, and Allison was a perfect match for our (some what needy) pup (and me, a somewhat needy dog-mom). I love that the site makes it easy to pay for services by having an online payment system. Also, they provide pet insurance for your pets during their stay. This is a much better option for my dogs than leaving them at a boarding facility, which is much less interactive and honestly would probably scare my dogs.
