The care provided by Annemarie and I will definitely use her again, and continue to use DogVacay. However, I do hope you upgrade your website to make it more user-friendly. It was very fustrating at times .

Only used once. I would say experience is based off of the dog care giver. In our case, she was excellent. So appreciate the service available to find dog care.

Overall, I am please with the services offered from Dog Vacay. The only thing that requires additional work is to build a small number of sitter/walkers (emails, meet and greets, etc.). Since the schedule of the sitters/walkers can fluctuate, I've needed 3-4 back ups to cover certain dates.

I have been lucky, for the last 4 years, to have found a great doggie day care for our Cavalier. Not only did he have a chance to socialize with other dogs,, but the owner boarded dogs in her home. Now that the business will be changing, the boarding is no longer available. I worried that I would not find a replacement. In an Internet search, I came across the dogvacay site. I selected a few hosts and visited 2, and found a host with experience and a great personality. She took good care of our dog and worked with me to carry out a solution to a conflict on a date. She also sent lots of pics with captions. I have already rescheduled a return visit. Dogvacay was very easy to work with. When one host denied our request, they sent a coupon for a discount on their services. The app is great! It is easy to use and has good information. Transactions were posted right away. Although prices varied by host, costs were reasonable. Thank you Dogvacay for providing me with this option!

It was so nice to have a trip and not worry about the dogs. My sitter did a wonderful job 4 stars instead of 5 - using the website to plan drop offs and pick ups, rather than individual interaction, would have helped me personally a bit Thanks fora great experience

I think DogVacay is a great service. Within minutes I was able to find a sitter near me who I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with during our vacation. The process is easy, however I give it four stars rather than five because I was not able to activate the "first time user" discount which was frustrating. That is my only complaint. The DogVacay sitter was great and she kept my dog healthy and happy while we were away!

We have used Dogvacay twice and it's gone well both times. I think it's a good option especially if you don't like the idea of your dog being locked in a kennel all day. My only complaint is that you have to pay in advance. We try to book early to get the sitter we want but then the charge hits months before the event.

The app could be more user friendly. I received several emails to review my dog sitter and had trouble completing it.
