DogVacayReviews of dogvacay.com

Dogvacay has been very easy to use and takes out the work of setting up and marketing your own business. My biggest complaint is that they take out 15% (reasonable since they make it so easy for you to set it up) but just recently started charging hosts an extra 7%. To me it is just an extra way of making money when they are already making a lot of money taking the 15% cut and seems chintzy. I think Dogvacay should manage their 15% cut better so they don't need to just keep taking more for hosts and guests.

Excellent sitters. Only thing is need better clarification on times-rates. What times do overnight begin to charge? Same with day rate??

Very good and easy way to find folks online... clean and simple.

It was our first time using this agency. But definitely worth it. Will use again when needed for sure.

Found it very convenient, good home, and my 1 1/2 year old was very happy. Sure better then being kenneled up!!

It was easy to book. Lots of choices. The caretaker was fantastic and my fussy little dog was in love with her. I recommend them and will be using them again

I am so happy to have found this company. I love that the care givers are tested and insured. It helps me feel confident when I have to leave my pup somewhere new.

I highly recommend DogVacay - valuable timesaver locating a variety of potential hosts for you pups . I had a great 2nd experience with finding and booking a host. I didn't give 5 stars b/c the website didn't work properly (errors occurred) and wouldn't allow me to send my message to let the 1st potential host know I arrived 15 mins early and was waiting for her at the site. When I arrived, she said she needed to change time to an hour later the. Said she would be there in 15 mins -but actually never showed. I waited for them over 45 minutes. IMajor inconvenience! Next time I'll get email or ph# before I agree to meet/greet to avoid another issue. No I didn't book the host and gave my feedback to DogVacay.
