Love DogTV but terrible service including terrible…
I LIVE DOG TV AND, most importantly, my dog does! But…. Terrible service including terrible customer service. I feel as though I was offered a bait and switch on Black Friday. I ende up having to spend $20 more for a deal I could’ve had earlier because customer service took over a week to get back to me. I’ve made my purchase a week ago and still heard nothing whether it’s going to arrive before Christmas. Quite frankly, DogTV has dropped the ball on holiday srrvice
